The remote session was disconnected because there are no Terminal Server License Servers available to provide a license. Please contact the server administrator.

The solution:

The registry key needs to be recreated on the client. Go to Start -> Run.
Run regedit
Go to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing\
Delete the MSLicensing folder
