Police arrest man on forged check charge
A Berea man faces a charge of possession of a forged instrument after Richmond police say he attempted to cash a forged check at a local bank. Gary L. Horn, 39, was arrested Sunday in connection with a July 12 incident at a Peoples Bank branch in the Richmond Walmart, Chief Larry Brock said.
